Vienna: Adding a storey to a single-family house

A small single-family house is being expanded by adding a second floor. Access to this upper floor is provided through an outward-spiraling staircase, allowing access both from the ground floor and from the outside. Additionally, heating is being converted to utilize geothermal energy through a heat pump.
